It typically takes about 30 minutes for a repair estimate to be written.

Bender Menders understands that you are busy and need your vehicle back as soon as possible.  On average, you can expect one day of repair time for every 4 hours of labor time on your estimate.  We strive to give you an accurate original estimate and a realistic completion time.  Some of the ways we expedite your repair are:

• We don't schedule your vehicle for repairs until parts have been ordered and received at the shop.
• We have established strong relationships with the most reputable parts vendors along the front range providing us with a wide range of used, aftermarket and new OEM parts.  This results in getting the right parts the first time so customers can have their repairs done on time.

Bender Menders has established great working relationships with most major insurance companies.  This makes the collision repair process as convenient and pleasant as possible.

We work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work we perform.  We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.  In the event of a part failure, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. If you notice a problem after you have taken delivery of the vehicle, we will do everything we can to make sure your problem is resolved quickly and with the least inconvenience to you.

Repairs must be paid for before you take delivery of your vehicle.  If your repairs are covered by insurance, we will assist you in acquiring payment.  A properly endorsed insurance draft is our preferred method of payment.  For deductibles and owner pay repairs, we accept cash, checks (made payable to Bender Menders) for up to $500, certified funds, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
